USmax Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support a Department of Health and Human Services customer. The position will assist the Program Manager (PM), supporting all project deliverables. This includes work plans, budgets, logistics, and post-event surveys and analytics for events. The Quality Assurance Analyst will evaluate and assess the quality and effectiveness of pertinent processes, deliverables, and QA-review activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze customer support trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop, create, and apply criteria for contract performance measurement.
- Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Assess contract performance over time, recommending any corrective actions to PM.
- Ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Identify strategies to implement improved internal processes.
- Draft and execute quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Perform Final QA Review of contract deliverables, such as meeting materials, reports, workplans, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint); advanced knowledge of Excel formulas preferred,
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to proactively anticipate project needs.
- Ability to anticipate project needs and guide strategy and implementation.
- Strong background in QA and project management best practices.
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient, flexible, and deadline driven Experience executing in a high-paced, evolving environment with short deadlines.
- Ability to comprehend and provide analysis of deliverables and related customer-facing materials.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience supporting a federal government customer, preferably in a leadership role.
- 5 years of experience implementing quality standards and processes, monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in the federal sector.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
