FinTech Solutions Manager
Fully Remote KS
Job Type
Full-time
Description

Are you a strategic thinker and solution-focused fintech insider who thrives on building relationships and telling a compelling brand story? Do you enjoy shaping the future of community banking through innovative partnerships and sales strategies? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a FinTech Solutions Manager!

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our Sales Team, responsible for managing and expanding our fintech-focused partnerships. You’ll help carve out and lead DCI’s fintech sales strategy, driving adoption of our core processing services while working closely with community banks and industry vendors. Your work will position DCI as a powerful fintech ally, empowering local institutions to compete and thrive in a rapidly changing financial landscape.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage fintech-focused sales pipelines, partnering with new and existing DCI clients to deliver innovative technology and services.
  • Lead consultative sales processes, uncovering client needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals that drive mutual success.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor — educating partners on DCI’s fintech offerings and representing us at industry events.
  • Collaborate with our marketing relationships to publicize DCI’s fintech story and expand brand visibility through strategic campaigns.
  • Identify and research new fintech trends, BaaS opportunities, and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and webinars to showcase DCI solutions in a dynamic, engaging way.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product-market fit, sales trends, and customer needs to enhance offerings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity in DCI’s preferred tools (Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Hubspot, etc.) and deliver regular performance updates.
  • Work closely with the broader sales team to support a unified DCI sales strategy — no silos here, we win as one team.
  • Travel frequently (up to 50%) to customer sites, industry events, and our Hutchinson, KS headquarters.

What Will Help You Stand Out:

  • Deep industry connections and recognition within Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and fintech.
  • Public speaking experience at trade shows, conferences, or webinars.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Background working closely with internal marketing or branding teams to shape messaging and voice.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day by meeting with a prospective fintech partner to explore how DCI can enhance their banking technology strategy. From there, you’ll prep for an upcoming webinar where you’re representing DCI as a thought leader in the fintech space. In the afternoon, you collaborate with our marketing vendor to launch a new campaign that tells our story — then wrap up by entering new insights into Salesforce and preparing for a trade show next week. Every day is different, but each one builds momentum toward helping community banks succeed in a digital-first world.
