We’re seeking an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to support our Regional Sales Team and play a critical role in managing our sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales Managers and Estimators, update CRM records, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process. This role will report to the Director of Field Inside Sales and work remotely with some travel.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager, Outside Sales Manager, and Estimators to track customer steps after the lead stage
Follow up with clients on quotes, inquiries, bids, and project start dates
Create, update, and manage CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
Engage with customers and internal teams via phone and email to ensure seamless communication
Travel to key trade shows and industry events to represent the company
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Efficiently manage multiple priorities while staying focused on sales goals
Support special projects in compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college (business or technical field) preferred
Experience: 2–4 years in a quota-driven sales environment with measurable results
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, energetic, persuasive, and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
Mechanically inclined (ability to read and understand mechanical drawings is a plus)
Familiarity with pharmaceutical or water systems industries (a plus)
Must be legally able to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws
Travel: Up to 10% travel required (overnight by land or air)
