Job Description
Role Overview:
The Solution Lead will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Adobe Experience Manager solutions across insurance platforms.
This role requires deep expertise in AEM architecture development practices and integration strategies.
The candidate will lead technical teams and ensure alignment with insurance business processes regulatory requirements and enterprise technology standards
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end to end delivery of AEM based solutions for insurance applications including customer portals agent platforms and digital servicing tools
Define technical implementation strategies and oversee solution design development and deployment
Ensure integration with core insurance systems such as policy administration claims billing and CRM platforms
Establish reusable components development standards and governance models for AEM projects
Manage technical risks performance optimization and scalability planning across environments
Collaborate with architects developers testers and infrastructure teams to ensure delivery excellence
Validate solutions against insurance compliance data privacy and security requirements
Support agile delivery models and DevOps practices including CICD pipelines and automated testing
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager including Sites Assets Forms and Headless CMS
Strong background in Java J2EE Sling OSGi and RESTful services
Experience in designing and integrating AEM with backend systems using APIs and middleware
Deep understanding of insurance workflows such as underwriting claims processing and policy servicing
Familiarity with cloud based AEM deployments and container orchestration platforms
Ability to define technical roadmaps and align them with enterprise architecture standards
Exposure to performance engineering infrastructure optimization and monitoring tools
Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or enterprise architecture frameworks
Experience in digital transformation programs across life health or general insurance
Background in personalization analytics and campaign orchestration within AEM
Experience in managing largescale AEM implementations across distributed teams
Work Environment:
Leadership role within a fast paced insurance technology team

Pay Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 100000- $ 118000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
