Location: Concord, CA – In-Office (No Remote Opportunity)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claim Assistant to join our Concord office. This in-office role supports our claims team by handling administrative tasks that ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:- Assist adjusters with timely completion of tasks involving written correspondence and phone calls.
- Draft and send letters with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Answer and make phone calls to support claims processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with a fast-paced, client-focused team to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Prior administrative or office support experience.
- Familiarity with claims or insurance processes.
Performance Metrics
- Timeliness and accuracy of communications and task completion.
- Effective collaboration with internal staff.
- Consistent attendance and reliability during client service hours.

Compensation & Compliance
The posted hourly rate reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity.
