Manufacture Visits Intern - 6 months internship (Le Sentier, VD, CH) bei Richemont

WHAT YOUR MISSION WILL BE?

• Organize autonomously manufacture visits with Markets (internal notes, bookings in collaboration with other departments)

• Be an ambassador of la Grande Maison by conducting Manufacture visits to our clients

• Follow up of the agenda & and the day-to-day activity

• Develop local activities and experiences catalog for clients, VICs

• Manufacture visit list tracking - Weekly report

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly report (experience & commercial):
• Daily reminder to each market to complete the feedback reports on time
• Daily analysis of market on quantitative and qualitative market feedback
• Preparation excel dashboard on Manufacture visit performance to be shared every week. Prepare quarterly report of Manufacture sales performance and follow up with marketing of each visit performance
• Collaboration with the CRM HQ department: to gather data and adjust Manufacture visit performance reporting

• Ensure data quality from the market: Daily reminder to share the right information to prepare visit and for reporting their experience & performance

• Contribute to improve Manufacture visit process

• Provide daily support to market teams in terms of Client Experience at the manufacture

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Master) and you have a first experience in hospitaly and project management. A first experience in the luxury industry, fine watchmaking and high jewellery knowledge is a plus. 

You are fluency in English and French including excellent writing skills in both languages, and you are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You are known for your strong organization, communication skills and you are oriented problem solving, while being flexible and efficient.
