About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution of multi-channel lead generation for our CX and BPO business. This role is critical to fueling our sales pipeline by identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-value prospects in the customer experience and contact center industry.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor – skilled at designing campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and at building the processes that consistently deliver qualified leads to our sales team. You will be a bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring a smooth flow from interest to opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to attract new B2B prospects in the CX and contact center industry.
- Lead Qualification: Research, identify, and qualify prospects against the ideal customer profile, ensuring they are sales-ready before handoff.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales funnel to meet revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with other departments on messaging and content, and coordinate with sales on lead handover, follow-up, and pipeline health.
- Performance Tracking: Manage CRM and lead databases, measure campaign performance, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Demand Generation Expertise: Proven experience in B2B lead generation using digital advertising, content marketing, email, LinkedIn outreach, and other inbound/outbound tactics.
- Sales Funnel Acumen: Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, especially in high-consideration B2B sales.
- Market Research: Ability to analyze industries, accounts, and buyer personas to uncover opportunities.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong skills in CRM use, lead scoring, campaign analytics, and reporting.
- Collaboration & Communication: Able to partner effectively with teams to meet shared targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in CX, contact center, SaaS, or BPO industries.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Starting salary: $80,000
