Copperweld is seeking a strategic and hands-on CRM Manager to lead the development, optimization, and adoption of our CRM systems. This role will be instrumental in aligning marketing, sales, and service operations to drive customer engagement, improve pipeline visibility, and enhance lifecycle management. The position will be responsible for designing and refining workflows that enhance lead generation, qualification, and conversion, while also enabling personalized engagement across key customer segments. By leveraging data insights and automation, this role will improve pipeline visibility, drive customer retention, and support upsell opportunities.
WHAT we need you to do.
- CRM Strategy and Management: Lead CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline processes across marketing, sales, and service teams.
- Customer Lifecycle Optimization: Implement workflows to guide lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Use data to segment audiences (e.g., utilities, construction, auto) and deliver targeted campaigns.
- Insight & Analytics: Build reports on pipeline trends, customer retention, upsell opportunities, and campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Engineering for seamless messaging and delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement automation and system enhancements to boost CRM efficiency.
- Training & Adoption: Drive user training, guide best practices, and ensure consistent CRM adoption.

- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT you need to possess.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of CRM experience (ideally B2B or manufacturing-focused).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- High level experience with Excel.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, not required
