Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, is recruiting an Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst reporting to the Sales Force Effectiveness & Business Intelligence Manager for our Aesthetics division in France & Benelux. This position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, in the Paris greater metropolitan area in France.
By joining our company, you will enable superior field productivity and ethical growth by supporting segmentation and targeting strategy, incentive plan proposition and measurement of execution, leading territory alignment, support CRM adoption, and performance analytics—reporting to the BI & SFE Manager and working in partnership with the Business Insights Expert to deliver one integrated commercial story.
Key responsibilities
Sales targeting and Customer Segmentation
- Supports HCP/HCO segmentation, targeting, and profiling; leads the operationalization of call plans and territory alignments to maximize coverage and ROI across priority indications and segments.
- Conduct field force sizing and deployment analyses; refresh structures based on opportunity maps, performance diagnostics, and launch requirements.
- Prepare territory level targets; run target fairness and sensitivity checks before deployment, and healthy checks after deployment.
SFE analytics and insights
- Create and automate dashboards if required, leverage existing dashboards for, but not limited to, frequency, coverage, activity mix, call quality, and in partnership with the business insights expert, analysis on conversion, and sales trending, producing narrative insights for sales leadership.
- Consolidate internal data to guide coaching and territory action plans.
- Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting for field, area managers, marketing, finance, and senior leadership; standardize KPI definitions and cadence of communication.
Incentive compensation (SIP)
- Co-design, simulate, and administer fair, transparent incentive schemes aligned to business goals and international guidelines, own quarterly calculations, weekly reporting, quality assurance, and field communications.
- Monitor plan effectiveness and propose structural improvements to sustain motivation and ethical performance.
Commercial partnership
- Translate analytics into field-ready actions; lead territory SFE performance reviews and enable targeted coaching with sales managers.
- Partner with the Insights peer to align field KPIs; recommend resource allocation and next-best-actions at territory and segment levels.
Key KPIs owned or influenced
- Coverage and frequency vs. call plan; call quality and activity share of voice by brand, portfolio.
- Territory target attainment; productivity per rep; conversion and cycle time metrics.
- Incentive timeliness, calculation, and fairness outcomes. Error free process.
You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; as well as 4–7 years in SFE, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics within pharma/biotech or related health sectors.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and CRM (Veeva); SQL/Python a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in segmentation/targeting, territory alignment, incentive design, and field performance analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to turn analytics into clear field actions.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch being a plus

From a practical point of view and daily work life: we are currently located in Rungis; however, AbbVie France will be relocating to 5/13 Bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt by the end of 2025. The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams, both therapeutic and aesthetics, in two newly renovated seven-story buildings within a campus of four buildings.
Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces, including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine, exclusively for AbbVie employees.
