The Opportunity

As a Venture Partnerships Lead, you will be at the forefront of expanding our clients’ AI-focused cloud platform throughout the European venture landscape. Your mission will be to develop and strengthen relationships with leading VC firms, private equity groups, accelerators, and dynamic startup communities, strategically contributing to the acquisition of high-value customers and enhancing overall market presence. By leveraging your expertise and network, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth and shaping our clients’ reputation as an essential partner for the region’s most innovative AI ventures.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, manage, and scale partnerships with EU-based VCs, PEs, accelerators, and startup communities

  • Source and onboard high-potential AI startups into the Company’s Startup Program

  • Design and execute ecosystem activations, campaigns, and joint GTM initiatives

  • Create case studies, playbooks, and event programming to strengthen ecosystem adoption

  • Track metrics including startup acquisitions, activation, and revenue contributions

  • Collaborate with global sales, product, and technical teams to ensure successful integration and customer journeys

  • Champion the voice of the EU startup and VC community within the Company

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in GTM, partnerships, business development, or sales, with 5+ years in VC/startup ecosystems

  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and ecosystem partnerships

  • Deep understanding of venture capital, investment models, and growth strategies in the EU region

  • Direct VC/accelerator/founder experience, hands-on AI/cloud sales/partnerships expertise

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML startups landscape

  • Established Venture Capital network in the EU, especially UK and Israel

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce)
