S³, Inc. has an opening for a Sr. Cyber Analyst to provide support to our STORM Technical program at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
Senior Cyber Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) products. Position requires expert cybersecurity engineering product support and serve as the on-site subject matter expert on the Engineering Directorate’s cyber product team during program office events, exercises, demonstrations, and cybersecurity assessments. Position demands a proactive individual capable of navigating the complexities of weapons system cyber acquisition, including developing cybersecurity strategies and ensuring Clinger-Cohen Act compliance.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for assisting in the full lifecycle of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), encompassing the meticulous tracking of authorizations, Security Plans, POA&Ms, Annual Security Reviews, Security Controls, diagrams, data flows, and other required authorization artifacts.
· Maintains currency, compliance, and coverage for the STORM Launchers and assist with other STORM products and tools as needed requiring an Authority to Operate (ATO) by diligently tracking workflow statuses within both NIPR and SIPR eMASS.
· Provides detailed analysis of static code scan analysis reports, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) tool results, and cybersecurity vulnerability reports.
· Provides regular (daily/weekly) status updates to the STORM O-ISSM, RMF lead, and Engineering leadership, as well as detailed reports to Product Management regarding schedule outlooks, cyber impacts, requirement cut-ins, and overall product cyber status.
· Articulates and executes cybersecurity statements of work to translate operational requirements into detailed, actionable cybersecurity requirements and provide input to technical evaluations for proposed labor hours.
· Contributes to cybersecurity test planning and execution, participating in exercises such as Cyber Table-Top (CTT), Cooperative Vulnerability Identification (CVI), Adversarial Cybersecurity Developmental Test and Evaluation (ACDT), Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessment (CVPA), and Adversarial Assessment (AA) as needed.
Qualifications:
· Must have a DoD secret or higher clearance.
· Masters’ Degree and 23 years of experience or a Bachelors’ Degree and 25 years of experience.
· 4 or more years of experience developing SOWs to incorporate cybersecurity deliverables and adherence to cybersecurity requirements.
· 5 or more years of experience supporting Cyber security activities with a Program or Project Office, including cybersecurity test events.
· 4 or more years of experience developing SOWs to incorporate cybersecurity deliverables and adherence to cybersecurity requirements.
· 5 or more years of experience assessing Cybersecurity architectures, system vulnerabilities, and development of risk mitigation strategies?
· 5 or more year of experience briefing Leadership on status of programs and critical issues related to cyber security is a plus.
