Job Summary

AFL's Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility will be to assist the Product Leadership group by performing daily and routine administrative and support tasks. Focus to be on calendar management, meeting preparations, presentations, expense reports, travel plans, etc. Position requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Products team with calendar management, presentations, and meeting preparations.
  • Create expense reports, shipping packages, ordering office supplies, and requisitioning other products/services via Oracle.
  • Coordinate travel to include commercial flights, hotels, and rental vehicles for local, domestic, and international travel.
  • Support the Products team with navigating NDAs in Salesforce
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion, safeguarding and protecting critical, proprietary and personal data.
  • Primary resource for bringing new employees into the department.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business or related disicpline required or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience required
  • Excellent oral and writtent communication skills
  • Advanced/Expert level Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PP)
  • Excellent Problem solver and detailed oriented
  • Strong orgranizational skills and the ability to multi-task when needed
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule (regular business hours with the occassional early morning or later afternoon meeting)
