Role Overview
The Process Specialist will support field personnel with non-technical and technical documentation related to Service Execution. Responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and adapting processes and procedures from draft to publication within the Quality Management and Document Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain non-technical and technical documentation

Partner with key stakeholders to produce world-class documentation
-
Draft, edit, proofread, and publish instructional content
-
Interpret processes and narratives to determine clear task instructions
-
Conduct technical reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy
-
Maintain departmental document control systems and archival standards
-
Coordinate cross-department activities where Service Execution is a stakeholder
-
Support compliance with export control, ISO standards, and audits
-
Provide reports, procedures, and related forms to management as needed
-
Travel to sites to assess process effectiveness as required (less than 10%)

Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in instructional or educational technology, or Technical Writing Certificate
-
2+ years technical/operational writing experience
-
Field experience on Mitsubishi Power machines preferred
-
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
-
Proficiency with authoring and content management tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) and document management software

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Physical Demands & Work Environment
-
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, talk, and hear

Must frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds

May be exposed to loud environments or chemicals
-
Must adhere to safety procedures, including use of PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, hearing and fall protection)
