·Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for assigned Payroll Area
·Process a weekly payroll for approx. 1000 union and non-unionized hourly employees
·Ensure compliance with Federal & Provincial Payroll legislation and company policies
·Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, deductions, allowances etc. as required
·Run payroll departmental reports as required
·Print and distribute pay statements and/or cheques on a weekly basis
·Assist in the processing of record of employments on a weekly basis
·Maintain employee records as per government regulations
·Monitor and address employee inquiries from the Payroll Support Helpdesk
·Liaison with branches on payroll related items
·Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information
·Assist with other payroll-related duties as assigned
What we are seeking:
·Minimum 1 years of experience in Processing Payroll
·Minimum 1 years of SAP Success Factors experience preferred
·Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
·Strong organizational skills
·Accuracy and attention to detail a must
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·CPA Certification an asset
