Job Summary:
As a Recruiter at Liberty Tire Recycling, you will support our talent acquisition efforts by managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles. This position is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to grow, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about finding the right talent. You will coordinate with hiring managers, source candidates, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from application to offer. Travel for job fairs and recruiting events may be required up to 10%.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer facilitation.
  • Partner with managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to monitor progress and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and participation in job fairs or campus recruiting events (up to 10% travel).
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams to keep processes moving.
  • Support offer preparation and negotiation, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for frequently recruited roles.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support talent acquisition initiatives.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role (agency or corporate).
  • Basic understanding of federal and state employment laws.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ATS systems preferred.


Education and Experience:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.+
