HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, website management and maintenance, media communications, event management and customer care for the Concrete Cutting & Finishing (CCF) division of Oregon Tool.

 

THE DETAILS:

  • Website Management: Maintain and update content for Oregonconstruction.com and ICSdiamondtool.com (including international versions) to ensure a strong user experience.
  • Collateral & Materials: Update, print, and manage inventory of marketing materials; remove outdated assets.
  • Email Marketing: Manage email lists; design, schedule, and analyze campaigns.
  • Social Media: Plan and schedule content; manage paid ads, audiences, and reporting.
  • Tradeshow Support: Coordinate logistics, registration, and post-show lead follow-up.
  • Other Tasks: Manage ICS warranty registrations and support ad hoc marketing needs.
  • Communication: Ensure clear, consistent communication and documentation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or other related field, or commensurate experience
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in marketing, with emphasis on integrated and/or digital marketing
  • Solid project management skills
  • Thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
  • Creative thinker
  • Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred:  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Available to work on site as required by job; eligible for domestic travel 3-4 times per year up to one week in duration.

 

At Oregon Tool, we provide a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role of $60,000 to $70,000. Final offers are based on various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity. This range may vary based on geographic location where the position is filled, and most new hires are not typically hired at the top of the range.
