The Senior Dynamics CRM and Contact Center developer shall be 100% allocated to this project and work in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will be in the Harrisburg area throughout the term of the Contract. The candidate must be available to report onsite one week per month.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM and Contact Center individual to join our team serving our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM app development and customization, along with a strong understanding of Azure components. This individual should have experience integrating with modern contact center systems and IVR. This role involves leveraging Out Of the Box Dynamics with significant customizations. Experience with implementation of portals/applications to leverage presentation frameworks such as Angular and/or React also required.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft CRM Dynamics with customizations as well as experience with frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Integrate Azure components such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management into portal solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications and components.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in customization, development and Azure services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics, custom application developer as well as Cloud development.
- Strong understanding of Azure components, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with React, Angular and other presentation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
