Work Responsibilities:
Travel to support showroom reset execution
Provide associate, store-wide, and district-wide product knowledge through in-aisle and classroom-style training
Participate in Customer Sales events including commercial/contractor events and how-to clinics
Provide brand representation for an array of Masco products, including returns evaluations and product support on a limited basis, and project/reset transparency
Perform Market Intelligence related activities, including competitive shops, product, brand, and customer feedback, and customer observance surveys
Manage individual expenses and budgets
Maintain and grow relationships within our retail home improvement, hardware, and trade partners; ensuring goals and expectations are exceeded with quality service
Support other departments in a dual-role capacity
Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:
High School diploma or equivalent experience required
Basic knowledge of home improvement, renovation, or construction industry
Understanding of personal computers and competence in standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience working with power tools
Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds, kneel, stand, squat, bend, and reach
Ability to travel up to 75% during periods of heightened customer dedication
