Job Summary
- Provides administrative support for the President of the Foundation and related staff.
- Assists with diverse and multifaceted projects regarding donors utilizing various systems for data management, research, and project management.
- Assists with Board of Directors meetings and acts as Board Liaison to members.
- Responsible for Foundation daily operations, systems, and support.
- This position must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer service, have the ability to problem solve, work well independently, and within the overall team environment.
- Education/Regulatory Requirements:
- Associate degree in a related area. May substitute two additional years of experience for Associate Degree.
- Skills:
- Minimum of three years experience (preferably in a marketing or healthcare environment), executive assistant or administrative assistant.
- Ability to accurately keyboard 45 correct words per minute.
- Board level experience/interaction preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Donor Management System (Raiser's Edge), Internet, and AdobeAcobat preferred.
- Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver's license.
- Must be able to assist with on site special events and coordination thereof.
- Skilled in extracting and compiling technical information, creating tables, graphs and statistical reports.
- Able to analyze data and trends.
- Mastery of essential general office procedures
- Healthcare terminology and systems preferred.
- Creative, innovative, pro-active thinker.
