The Opportunity (What This Role Really Means)

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team and help us communicate Practifi's value to financial advisors and wealth management firms across North America and Australia. This isn't just about posting on social media or updating websites—you'll be the backbone of our marketing operations, gaining exposure to every aspect of marketing from content creation to campaign execution.

This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience who wants to level up their skills in a collaborative, transparent environment where your contributions directly impact our clients' success.

Your Day-to-Day (The Honest Version)

Here's what you'll actually be doing:

The Core Work:

• Create and schedule engaging social media content (4x weekly) that showcases Practifi's personality and value

• Research, write, and publish blog content (3x monthly) that addresses our target market's pain points

• Build email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot to support our growth initiatives

• Update website content and launch new pages to keep our digital presence fresh and accurate

• Compile monthly performance reports that actually inform our marketing strategy decisions

The Reality Check:

• You'll have a dedicated Practibuddy to help you navigate your learning curve

• Our processes are well-documented, but we value your fresh perspective and ideas

• You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, Team Lead, Marie, who believes in developing talent

• Cross-team collaboration is the norm—you'll interface with Sales, Product, and external partners

What We're Really Looking For

The Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (Marketing Coordinator background preferred)

• Experience with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/email tools)

• Website management experience (WordPress, Squarespace, or content management systems)

• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail

• Collaborative mindset and proactive work ethic
