Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the practice’s business goals
- Plan annual marketing calendar and campaigns to support new business, thought leadership and reputation
- Create engaging content across our digital channels, including website updates, newsletters and social media
- Build relationships with journalists and editors in architecture, design, and built environment media.
- Manage our press activities, including identifying opportunities and ensuring that we have appropriate copy and press packs for external circulation
- Track analytics and provide insight reports on performance and engagement
- Produce marketing collateral, including RFPs, award submissions and presentations
- Develop and maintain our CRM, marketing systems and records
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with Partners and senior team members to support bids, tenders, and new business opportunities
- Research and identify potential clients, projects, and strategic opportunities
- Plan and manage events and speaking engagements to elevate the practice’s profile
- Coordinate project photography
- Assist the Partners in the development of the marketing and comms strategy
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing assistant and assist in their career development
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualification in Marketing Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills; ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- Agile in shifting priorities to work within tight deadlines
- Strong graphic design skills
- Confident in using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- CRM experience
- Strong presentation and strategic thinking abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
