The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Manager, Customer Success is a people-leader role within the LinkedIn Talent Solutions organization. This role is part of our Search & Staffing vertical and oversees a team of Customer Success Managers in the UK, France and DACH, partnering with our most commercial and sourcing expert Enterprise customers in these countries.
The objective of this role is to support the team in driving strategic partnerships with our Staffing Enterprise customers regionally, working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to drive strategy around the optimisation of our products, leveraging our data, providing thought-leadership advice; and helping our solutions become a mission critical, irreplaceable part of our clients’ sourcing process.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop, inspire & coach a group of 9 Customer Success Managers partnering with our UK, France, and DACH S&S Customers.
Act as sponsor and meet with our key client stakeholders in these subregions, often C-suite and VP level, providing thought-leadership and advisory on the longer-term strategy of our partnership.
Partner closely alongside the LinkedIn Sales leaders locally in these subregions, regularly participating in forecast & planning, and co-creating the strategy for success of the Staffing vertical in these countries.
Support the team in leading post-sales activity in service of achieving customer goals, together with identifying commercial opportunities to optimise client’s investment, growth and continuity,
Monitor team performance, set and track KPIs, and drive operational excellence to deliver exceptional results towards our customer commitments, whilst owning reporting, forecasting and planning to achieve these goals in a consistent manner.
Provide consistency and alignment to the regional Search & Staffing strategy, whilst driving regional initiatives that feed into the global objectives for our Customer Success organization.
Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and guide the team to continuously upskill in new & improved tools, features and products to provide strategic advice to customers on how to fully capitalize on their LinkedIn investment.
Act as thought leader within the Recruitment space offering insight and perspective into industry benchmarking and market trends, during roundtables, customer panels, and industry events.
Participate and lead in cross-functional projects to bring voice of customer, vertical expertise, and product input into the key initiatives for the vertical & our agentic product offering.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Education and/or Sales
Fluency in English and French
Ability to travel to in EMEA to meet with customers, team, and Sales partners regularly. Expected travel every 2 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in German
Deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry, with a track record of building strong customer partnerships. Demonstrated knowledge of clients who act as intermediaries in hiring.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, in particular with Cross-functional Partners off-location.
Strong coaching expertise and ability to manage geographically dispersed teams whilst maintaining team cohesion and sense of belonging.
Commercial acumen and ability to help teams articulate value delivery towards customer’s objectives.
Experience in managing external senior stakeholders, presenting in board meetings, driving presentations to a C-suite audience.
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, experience analyzing data, trends
Proficient in Salesforce & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point) & an appetite to learn and lead in leveraging in AI tools: MSCopilot, Glean, Gong, etc.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is preferred advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
