Are you a gifted storyteller who loves creating unique experiences for others? Our Community Representatives have the opportunity to guide prospective home buyers as they discover the beautiful topography and visionary plans of Shea Home’s Master Planned Communities of Lyric at Ridgegate and The Canyons. With a 'sense of place' and an appreciation for our brand, you’ll curate exceptional experiences for our guests at our Information Center. The warmth, knowledge, and excellent customer service you provide will turn visitors into future home buyers who are educated and enthusiastic about the neighborhood and feel prepared for the next step in the process.

On a typical day, you’ll:
•    Create a seamless, engaging, memorable experience for guests by providing information and collateral about the community and new home opportunities available.
•    Stay informed on current happenings at both Lyric and The Canyons in order to speak to them in conversation at our Information Centers.
•    Provide professional, timely and courteous responses to our builder partners, and if asked, assist with the coordination/logistics associated with informational/community update presentations and community outreach events.
•    Assist Marketing/Community Relations Manager in developing and executing community events and/or presentations that drive interest and traffic to the community. Maintain flexibility to work community events when requested.
•    Assist Marketing/Community Relations Manager by providing input in the development and maintenance of community collateral material, website, promotions and events.
•    Assist the Marketing/Community Relations Manager with maintaining the Visitor Registration database. 
•    Assist the Marketing/Community Relations Manager with oversite of the community’s email, ensuring responses to queries are on message and delivered promptly.
 

The skills and qualifications you’ll bring:
•    Minimum of two (2) years in customer/client service position
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills
•    Exhibits confidence with public speaking, presentation and listening skills
•    Event planning experience preferred
•    An associate’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred
•    Experience with Microsoft Office platform.  Competent in Excel spreadsheets.  Familiarity with CRM database systems (Mailchimp) and WordPress a plus.
•    Meticulous attention to detail, along with superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills.•    A positive, energetic attitude; self-motivated and strong ability to      anticipate needs and deliver strategic solutions.
•    Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with reliable transportation to support occasional local travel.
