Program Highlights
- 5-Week Asset Class Rotations: Rotate through public equity, hedge funds, private markets, and fixed income teams to gain a broad perspective.
- Research Project: Lead a deep-dive project, analyze data, and present insights to the firm.
- Client Exposure: Participate in meetings, assist with presentations, and understand how institutions manage their portfolios.
- Washington, DC Experience: Work from our state-of-the-art office in Arlington, VA — with rooftop views, a full fitness center, and vibrant city life just across the river.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek rising seniors who are:
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Accounting.
- Academically strong (3.5+ GPA preferred).
- Passionate about markets, investments, and solving complex problems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Excellent communicators who thrive in collaborative environments.
Which skills do you need?
- Basic understanding of financial markets and a strong interest in investments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- High integrity and ethical values.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Python, SQL, or R.
- Interest in pursuing the CFA designation.
- Prior internships or exposure to financial markets.
