Job Summary
Are you a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Grande is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in our International and Food Service Business Unit. In this dynamic role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our Executives, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and driving key priorities forward. You’ll also play a key role in planning major events and supporting leadership projects across the Enterprise.

Schedule / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
What you need to be considered for the role:
- 2 Year / Associate's Degree in Administrative, Business or other related field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience supporting executive or senior management required.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize meeting requests based on direction from Executive(s).
- Strong communication skills with ability to speak effectively before groups of Associates of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Advanced software skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and internet research abilities.
Preferred:
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) desired but not required.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Administrative, Business or other related field preferred.
