Reporting to the VP, Servicing Transfer, this position has a critical role in the management and optimization of the transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios. This role oversees the planning and execution of servicing transfers, ensuring compliance and facilitating a seamless transition for clients and internal teams.

This position requires effective collaboration across the servicing business to enhance transfer processes, mitigate risk, and uphold regulatory standards. This role contributes to the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of servicing transfers and overall processes and workflows for the servicing transfer team.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED) required
• 2+ years' experience in Servicing Transfer/Loan Boarding Management roles required
• 3+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required
• 1+ years of leadership experience in mortgage servicing
• Successful experience working in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong analytical skills to distribute and allocate resources
• Strong customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
• Collaborative and consultative work style; high team-orientation
• Demonstrated leadership with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
• Strong listening skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is between $74,082.00-$90,588.00 annually
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
