Manager Identity and Access Management bei BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc.

BCBST is hiring a Manager of Identity and Access Management. In this role, you'll be responsible for maturing BCBST's IAM Security program through "Day One" system access, account management, and SSO (Single Sign-On) / MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Our ideal candidate will bring existing expertise with application configurations (Internal/External), Role Management, account distribution, and configurations for SSO and MFA to internal and external applications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate policies, standards and procedures to manage security functions relative to information technology systems (including systems under development), networks, applications, and voice and data communications that are consistent with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop and report business-relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Information Security Program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation and increase the maturity of the security program.
• Provide subject matter expertise on a broad range of information security standards and best practices, such as NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, MAR and others as applicable.
• Work with Information Security Directors, CISO and appropriate stakeholders to prepare and present relevant information on security status as required.
• Employees may be required to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience is required.   Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested.

Experience

• 5 years - Experience leading teams of technical resources in diverse disciplines is required.
• 5 years - Experience in information security or related field is required.

Skills/Certifications

• Information Security certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional Certification (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager Certification (CISM) is required or must be obtained within 2 years of acceptance of position.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
