The Pricing Associate is responsible for managing a daily queue of order price disputes, ensuring timely resolution within a 24-hour SLA. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, Digital Technology, and Oracle pricing analysts, to investigate and resolve disputes, apply manual and bulk price adjustments in Oracle systems, and communicate outcomes efficiently. The Pricing Associate also documents dispute trends, supports continuous improvement of pricing policies, and contributes to customer program optimization.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Dispute Management & Communication:

  • Manage a daily queue of order price disputes, ensuring investigations are thorough and resolutions are communicated within a 24-hour SLA.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Business and Digital Technology teams to troubleshoot disputes, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.

  • Partner with Oracle pricing analysts to understand current pricing initiatives and assess potential impacts on future disputes.

  • Adhere to established price dispute standard operating procedures.

Pricing System Operations:

  • Review and interpret qualification criteria for Customer Bulletins and Programs to ensure accurate application.

  • Apply manual price adjustments in the Advanced Oracle System to resolve individual disputes.

  • Upload bulk pricing adjustments for mass dispute scenarios using the Advanced Oracle pricing system.

  • Set pricing for final mile agents as needed.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and document dispute trends, identifying potential policy issues and sharing insights with Sales Operations.

  • Assist in creating MAP/PMAP documents to support pricing policies and strategies.

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pricing, order management, customer support, finance, or a related function.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures consistently.

  • Basic understanding of business operations, pricing practices, or order management concepts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for timely issue resolution.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and seek guidance when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP/pricing systems.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to document and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Experience collaborating across functional teams in a business or academic setting.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
