What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee a portfolio of client cases from intake through resolution
• Be the go-to contact for clients, keeping them updated and supported
• Partner with enrolled agents and compliance staff to drive cases forward
• Balance a high-volume caseload with accuracy and attention to detail
• Achieve monthly closure goals while ensuring an excellent client experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in debt settlement, student loans, mortgage, paralegal, or similar fields
• Strong communicator with excellent client service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
• Familiarity with CRM systems, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Reliable, motivated, and team-driven

• 📍 Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)
• 🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
