Job Description:

The Executive Concierge Manager has the responsibility to deliver a high-touch, discreet, and secure experience for C-Suite executives and their guests. This role blends elite hospitality with executive protection principles to ensure the care, comfort, and safety of high-profile individuals within the workplace. The manager will collaborate closely with facilities, security, IT/AV, and other support teams to maintain an environment that is visually refined, operationally seamless, and physically secure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome & Engage: Warmly greet and assist executives, employees, and visitors with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a seamless and secure arrival experience.
  • Executive Liaison: Build trusted relationships with Executives, Executive Assistants, and support teams to proactively anticipate needs, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Security-Conscious Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service while maintaining vigilance around privacy, access control, and potential threats.
  • Central Point of Contact: Provide wayfinding, information, and coordination across campus services and activities, ensuring executive movements and those of high-profile guests and visitors are discreet, professional, and protected.
  • Environmental Oversight: Monitor and maintain executive workspaces, visitor lobbies, and meeting areas to ensure they are clean, organized, brand-aligned, and secure.
  • Technology Checkpoints: Ensure resource scheduler panels and digital systems are functioning properly; escalate technical issues promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Facilities Collaboration: Partner with facilities and security teams to uphold standards of safety, comfort, and executive protection.
  • Risk Identification: Create and manage work orders, custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns; escalate potential risks including privacy breaches or suspicious activity.
  • Service Standards: Implement and monitor elevated service protocols that align with executive protection best practices.
  • Event Readiness: Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering and space setup, with a focus on confidentiality, security, and excellent customer service.
  • Incident Prevention: Work across teams to anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring operations proceed without incident or exposure.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely and secure delivery of services to the C-Suite.
Qualifications:

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or executive-level security support

SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on discretion, empathy, and situational awareness
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and elevated service standards
  • Familiarity with executive protection protocols and workplace security practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Capable of light physical activity (e.g., carrying small packages)
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (up to 20%) to support C-Suite events and protection needs
  • Other duties as assigned to support the holistic workplace experience and safety of the Client’s C-Suite
  • Familiarity with and experience interacting with senior leadership, including C-suite executives, is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits Details

  • An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
