Role Overview:   

The Strategy Analyst Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way.

The Strategy Analyst Intern position is the perfect opportunity to amp up your career if you are passionate about market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic problem-solving. In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping our growth initiatives by delivering actionable insights through market and competitive intelligence. This internship offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that inform strategic decisions across our Americas region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support market and competitive intelligence initiatives by conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry
  • Perform strategic analysis and deliver insights by assisting in developing business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and market entry strategies 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects that drive business performance

Required Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
  • Current Sophomore or Junior with a graduation date between May/June 2027 – 2028
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights 
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders

Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will to be $20/hr-$21/hr

Working model and hours: Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience—spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely. Interns work about 40 hours per week.
