🔑 What You’ll Do
As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the care and progress of up to 16 individuals, while ensuring that programs, staff, and services are delivered with compassion and excellence.
- Lead, train, and support team members to deliver high-quality care. 
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISP), Behavior Support Plans (BSP), and Medical Support Plans. 
- Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and community partners. 
- Ensure compliance with OAC policies, state regulations, and CMS guidelines. 
- Promote independence, skill development, and meaningful engagement for clients. 
- Manage program operations, documentation, and incident response with accuracy and professionalism. 
- Participate in leadership rotations as Administrator on Duty. 
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field. 
- Experience: 1+ year in mental health, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or a related field. 
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
- Requirements: - Valid Tennessee driver’s license 
- CPR certification (within 30 days of hire) 
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and actively assist clients in daily living activities 
- Knowledge of ICF, DIDD, and licensure regulations preferred
