🔑 What You’ll Do

As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the care and progress of up to 16 individuals, while ensuring that programs, staff, and services are delivered with compassion and excellence.

  • Lead, train, and support team members to deliver high-quality care.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISP), Behavior Support Plans (BSP), and Medical Support Plans.

  • Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and community partners.

  • Ensure compliance with OAC policies, state regulations, and CMS guidelines.

  • Promote independence, skill development, and meaningful engagement for clients.

  • Manage program operations, documentation, and incident response with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Participate in leadership rotations as Administrator on Duty.


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.

  • Experience: 1+ year in mental health, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Requirements:

    • Valid Tennessee driver’s license

    • CPR certification (within 30 days of hire)

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and actively assist clients in daily living activities

    • Knowledge of ICF, DIDD, and licensure regulations preferred
