🔑 What You’ll Do
As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the care and progress of up to 16 individuals, while ensuring that programs, staff, and services are delivered with compassion and excellence.
Lead, train, and support team members to deliver high-quality care.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISP), Behavior Support Plans (BSP), and Medical Support Plans.
Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with OAC policies, state regulations, and CMS guidelines.
Promote independence, skill development, and meaningful engagement for clients.
Manage program operations, documentation, and incident response with accuracy and professionalism.
Participate in leadership rotations as Administrator on Duty.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
Experience: 1+ year in mental health, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements:
Valid Tennessee driver’s license
CPR certification (within 30 days of hire)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and actively assist clients in daily living activities
Knowledge of ICF, DIDD, and licensure regulations preferred
