Overview

Are you ready to play a critical role at the heart of our wireless communications infrastructure?

At Array Digital Infrastructure, a TDS Company, we're looking for a detail-driven Real Estate Paralegal.

In this role, you’ll take the lead in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating legal documents for a high volume of real estate transactions. Your work will be essential in keeping deals moving smoothly, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way. You’ll play a key role in protecting the company’s legal interests while helping to drive timely and successful transactions. Beyond individual deals, you’ll also support the legal team’s broader efforts to manage and optimize our growing real estate portfolio.

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Chicago, IL office Monday through Wednesday, and the flexibility to work remotely from a home office on Thursdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of real estate legal documents, including leases, lease amendments, easements, license agreements, access and utility agreements, memorandums of leases, option agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
  • Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including coordinating due diligence, collecting and reviewing documents, preparing closing documents, and facilitating execution and recording of documents.
  • Review and summarize title reports, surveys, and legal descriptions for accuracy and compliance with transaction requirements.
  • Maintain, track, and update legal records, critical dates, document versions, and real estate databases to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate across departments (Legal, Asset Management, Sales, Operations, Finance) to meet transaction timelines and resolve issues.
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors to manage transaction workflows and ensure proper documentation and filing.
  • Assist with document management, e-filing, and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to special legal projects and process improvements initiated by the legal team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree (or higher) OR 2+ years professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal professional in real estate

Other Qualifications

  • Proven experience handling high-volume, deadline-driven real estate transactions.
  • Telecom real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactional processes, including title and survey review, lease negotiations, and closing coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate management systems (e.g., SiteVizion, NexsyOne, Site Tracker or equivalent) is a plus.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with document management platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Do you meet the Required Qualifications but are unsure if your experience aligns with the Other Qualifications? We encourage you to apply! Research shows that many candidates hesitate to apply unless they meet 100% of the qualifications, even when they possess the skills and experience needed to succeed in the role. Experience and skills come in many forms, and they may not always match exactly what’s listed on paper, but they can still lead to success. If you meet the Required Qualifications and believe you have the potential to thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply today!
