Intern Real Estate - Asset Management (w/m/d) bei AXA Investment Managers

Werde Teil unseres Teams als Intern Asset Management (mind. 4 Monate, ab sofort) im Bereich Real Estate:

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Objektstrategien
• Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
• Cash-Flow Analysen
• Markt- und Mieterresearch
• Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Entscheidungsgremien
• Interne und externe Berichterstattung (Auswertung Mietlaufzeiten, Zahlungsrückstände, Mieteinnahmen etc.)
• Sowie Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben

• Kaufmännisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft 
• MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
• Teamplayer und Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
