The Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the deployment, optimization, and administration of construction technology and process improvement solutions at ARCO Design/Build. This role ensures the seamless adoption of new systems, supports core platforms such as Procore and DroneDeploy, and drives innovation across teams and departments. Acting as a bridge between field operations, project management, and technology, the Implementation Lead drives digital transformation by identifying inefficiencies, implementing tailored solutions, and enabling change management strategies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

IT Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of construction technology platforms (ERP, CRM, PM tools, innovation technologies).
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders across all ADB teams and functions.
  • Identify risks, track budgets, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support project closeouts, documentation, and transitions to operations.

System Implementation & Administration

  • Lead rollout of system changes, enhancements, and audits in Procore and related platforms.
  • Manage system configurations, permissions, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Oversee integrations between business systems to streamline workflows and improve data consistency.
  • Partner with accounting, safety, HR, and operations to ensure applications are aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to customize solutions and deliver continuous improvements.

Procore Administration

  • Manage Procore onboarding for new hires (supers, PMs, admins, interns).
  • Deliver trainings, ongoing support, and documentation.
  • Provide monthly communications on new features, best practices, and system updates.
  • Maintain permission sets, custom field configurations, and directory hygiene.
  • Support daily troubleshooting requests (walk-ins, emails, calls).
  • Coordinate Procore-related events such as summits and training sessions.

Drone Deploy Administration

  • Administer Drone Deploy accounts across internal teams.
  • Coordinate with account teams and CSMs, onboard new users, and manage integrations.
  • Promote adoption via demos, in-person presentations, and field applications.
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets for external distribution and permissions.

AI & Innovation Leadership

  • Launch pilot AI workflows, measure impact, and scale solutions across departments.
  • Develop adoption surveys and identify AI champions to drive knowledge-sharing.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to roll out AI training programs.
  • Maintain spaces for documenting use cases, workflows, and lessons learned.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Conduct business process mapping to improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Gather requirements, support unit testing, and manage reporting conversions into data warehouses.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and system performance analysis.
  • Monitor system performance and user engagement, recommending enhancements.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in construction technology, implementation, or process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Procore, Power BI, Drone Deploy, Bluebeam, Autodesk, ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and workflow optimization techniques.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is a plus.
