Your Impact as HR Coordinator
- Own the onboarding process from offer to first day
- Manage new hire paperwork and HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
- Track employee attendance and assist with scheduling
- Help employees secure airport badges and parking access
- Be the go-to support for managers on HR tasks and systems
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bonus points for experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or union environment
