Specific Job Function:
Lead Monitoring & Management
- Monitor and manage inbound digital leads from multiple sources including website inquiries, email, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all leads are acknowledged and entered into the CRM system in a timely manner.
Lead Qualification
- Evaluate each lead using predetermined criteria to assess potential as a sales opportunity.
- Reach out via phone, email, or chat to gather additional information and confirm interest.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all communications and qualification status.
CRM Management & Lead Assignment
- Input and update lead details in Salesforce with high accuracy.
- Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives based on geographic region, product interest, or availability.
- Follow up on uncontacted or previously unqualified leads to reassess their potential.
Reporting & Insights
- Track and report on lead conversion metrics, trends, and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes and improve lead quality.
- Provide regular feedback on lead sources, content effectiveness, and customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service roles.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, IFS) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers to drive sales.
