INCLUSION COORDINATOR
LOCATION: Can be based in any of the following office locations: Edinburgh, Team Valley, Solihull, Warrington or Leicester (Please note that this is an Office based role)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Inclusion Coordinator to join our Inclusion team on a part-time basis (28 hours/week). This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering our Retain & Gain People Strategy and Group Inclusion Strategy, helping us to build a more diverse and inclusive organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Inclusion Coordinator, you’ll support the Inclusion team by coordinating meaningful activities and providing essential administrative support that helps turn strategy into action.
· Coordinate Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives, events and workshops.
· Maintain and manage EDI data and metrics with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Assist in analysing diversity data and identifying trends for ongoing improvement.
· Support the roll-out of inclusion initiatives across the business, working with HR colleagues, managers and stakeholders.
· Research industry EDI best practices and provide insights to enhance programmes.
· Manage enquiries and share EDI information with employees across the business.
· Take ownership of the EDI intranet page by keeping it current, engaging and informative.
· Maintain a calendar of key inclusion-related dates and coordinate internal comms.
· Provide additional support and carry out tasks as needed by the HR leadership team.

You’re organised, proactive and passionate about creating inclusive workplaces. You’ll bring:
· Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Confident, adaptable communication skills, suited to engaging diverse stakeholders.
· An interest in inclusion, people and workplace culture.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
