Summary:
The Office & Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations while providing administrative assistance to the Human Resources team. This role ensures the office environment is organized, efficient, and welcoming, while also helping maintain accurate employee records and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

Primary Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, HR support, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the main point of contact for office-related needs, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Oversee office supply inventory.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
- Responsible for coordinating office events and celebrations, including logistics and materials.
- Support leadership team with special projects.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, training coordination, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist with compliance-related reporting and document retention.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
The work is of an intellectual nature. While performing the functions of this job, the employee is required to stand and sit for prolonged periods. Specific vision abilities required include close and medium distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal sounds, distinguish sound as voice and communicate through human speech. This position requires the ability to operate a keyboard, computer mouse, telephone, fax, copier, writing tools, and other standard office equipment. On an occasion, an employee will be asked to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
