The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a detail oriented Inside Sales Quotation Specialist to join our growing team at MeriCal! In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely price quotations for customers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. You’ll analyze customer requests, review product specifications, and develop proposals that meet both customer needs and company standards. This position is critical in helping us deliver excellent service and maintain strong customer relationships.
  

What You’ll Do:

• Review and process quotation requests from customers and the sales team with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analyze product specifications, manufacturing requirements, and cost data to prepare competitive quotes.
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance) to gather information needed for accurate pricing and proposals.
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotes to support conversion into orders.
• Maintain and update pricing files, quotation logs, and customer records in the CRM system.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and provide professional support.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify opportunities to improve win rates and pricing strategies.
• Ensure all quotations adhere to company policies, customer agreements, and compliance standards.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or related field; or equivalent experience in inside sales, customer service, or quotation support.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, quotations, or pricing role (manufacturing or nutraceutical industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product and cost data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. The compensation offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and/or education.
