Our Tulsa based company is looking for a quick-thinking, dynamic, solutions-oriented Account Manager to cultivate relationships with current customers and secure new business in El Paso and surrounding areas.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Understand the customer’s business and align strategies to customer goals
* Seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
* Build business partnerships and develop customer relationships to maximize account profitability
* Conduct analysis of competitor’s offerings and strategies, and maintain awareness of competitive environment
* Accountability for individual success within a team environment

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
* Solid consulting skills, relationship builder, and interpersonal skills
* Solution based thinker, effective negotiator with C-level executives
* Excellent listening, time management, and communication skills
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Vending or similar industry knowledge a plus
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* Strong Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel
* Minimum of 2 years of B2B experience
