About the Role

U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, engage, and hire amazing candidates for both hourly and salaried positions across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and enjoys making the hiring process smooth, professional, and even a little fun.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions (hourly and salaried).
  • Directly source, network, and prospect to identify strong candidates.
  • Build applicant pipelines by connecting with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Post and update job descriptions for new openings.
  • Screen resumes and applications for potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, measure candidates against job profiles, and recommend top talent to hiring managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates through weekly reporting.
  • Assist in recruitment reporting and analytics review.
  • Arrange and support career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver strong candidates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment (administrative, HR, or customer service experience also considered).
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ADP experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
