- Reporting to the Head of Social Value, you will make a positive impact in society by working with sales teams to create meaningful partnerships and programs.

We differ with many competitors as Social Value, from sales to delivery, all sits within one expert hub. Our team is dynamic, responding and upskilling according to constantly evolving best practice, client needs and partnerships identified. We are embedded in multiple clients, enabling deep insight into client social value preferences as well as varied work, client engagements and social value programme design/delivery.
Day to Day:
- Working closely with sales teams to develop solutions that bring social value, especially for projects in public services, healthcare, utilities, and with environmentally-conscious clients.
- Research community and environmental needs to create unique and effective programs for our proposals.
- Write engaging proposals that clearly present our social value and digital solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to enhance our social impact efforts.
- Learn from our Social Value Sales Expert by shadowing them and starting with smaller projects, eventually helping with larger, must-win deals.
- Work with our sales and bid teams to keep track of ongoing projects and improve our sales strategies.
- Help promote our social impact partnerships and programs during the sales process.
- Plan and drive social impact initiatives, ensuring we meet deadlines for submitting proposals.
What would make this role a success:

- A genuine interest in social issues and a desire to help the community.
- Good written and spoken communication skills to create clear proposals and presentations.
- Basic understanding of business principles and working with partners.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently on projects and take charge of your tasks.

- Previous experience in sales, account management or marketing may have provided some useful learning.
- Familiarity with social impact initiatives or community work is a plus.
- Any experience in negotiation or budgeting is beneficial but not required.
Working Patterns:
We support flexible working, while encouraging a mix to ensure you get time with your team.
Whilst you will be able to work from home, the nature of the role also includes some travel for team or onsite client meetings and the events, and we would anticipate this to be 2-3 days per month.
The events may also require occasional flexible hours.
