- Reporting to the Social Value Delivery Lead, this role provides you the opportunity to support the creation of positive, lasting impact on society and the environment for all stakeholders in our projects and clients in the Public Sector.
- The solutions we offer our clients include improved public services, increased efficiency and security, and modernising ways of working. The Social Value team add a further layer of localised purpose related to people and the community as a whole and you will be directly involved with delivering this for multiple strategic projects.
- You will be working closely with our client teams, developing your career with role specific knowledge, and also a wide array of skills and experience in a large scale technology organisation and the positive changes it can deliver.
We differ with many competitors as Social Value, from sales to delivery, all sits within one expert hub. Our team is dynamic, responding and upskilling according to constantly evolving best practice, client needs and partnerships identified. We are embedded in multiple clients, enabling deep insight into client social value preferences as well as varied work, client engagements and social value programme design/delivery.
Day to Day:
- Support tracking and reporting on social value programs to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and governance standards.
- Help organize events and programs that promote social value Digital Hub events for 500 students, joint volunteering days with clients, and running innovation projects with Universities amongst others.
- Collect and analyze data to track and report social value to clients and identify opportunities to improve efforts.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to support account engagements.
- Participate in strategic ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, including organizing and attending forums on topics such as emissions reduction, social mobility, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the Social Value Delivery team to ensure effective implementation of programs.

Working Patterns:
We support flexible working, while encouraging a mix to ensure you get time with your team. The clients this role will be supporting are based between Cumbria, Newcastle, Darlington and North Yorkshire.
Whilst you will be able to work from home, the nature of the role also includes some travel for team or onsite client meetings and the events, and we would anticipate this to be 2-3 days per month.
Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate events and client engagements.
