And here's the fun part: we're new to Workday, so if you've mastered the Payroll or Time Tracking modules, we need your expertise to help us hit the ground running! Your knowledge in this area is a must-have as we navigate this exciting journey together.
This is your chance to be the go-to expert for all things Workday — from troubleshooting and training to implementation and innovation. If you love solving problems, streamlining processes, and empowering people with tech, this role is for you.
Lets look at the roles you will be playing:
🧑💻 Supporting our people
Be the go-to hero for employees, managers, and People Ops when it comes to all things Workday.
📞 First-line fixer
Act as the first point of contact for HCM-related queries and system access — solving problems before they become blockers.
🔍 Data detective
Run audits and resolve data discrepancies to keep our systems squeaky clean and accurate.
🔐 Access guru
Manage user access and support tickets like a pro, ensuring everyone has what they need, when they need it.
📚 Documentation wizard
Create and maintain SOPs and system documentation that make complex processes crystal clear.
🎓 Training trailblazer
Lead engaging training sessions and workshops to empower our teams to get the most out of Workday.
🚀 Release captain
Own release updates and lead testing efforts like a champ — keeping us ahead of the curve.
🛡️ Compliance champion
Ensure our HCM practices are fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other key regulations.

🧠 What you’ll need to succeed:
- Sufficient experience in People Systems/HRIS, Especially in Workday.
- Hands-on knowledge with the Payroll Workday module with experience on an additional 4 other modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, etc.).
- Bonus points for Workday implementation experience and Workday Pro Certifications.
- Excel wizardry and Microsoft Office mastery.
- A customer-first mindset and a love for solving problems.
- A knack for handling sensitive data with care and confidentiality.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally with ease.

💰 Salary:
- Basic Salary range between $85,000 - $105,000 ( dependent on experience )
