What You’ll Do:

The Accounting organization at CoreWeave serves as the financial operating system for a rapidly scaling AI cloud business. It owns NetSuite and multi-book reporting: US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory, across U.S., UK, and European entities. The team manages AP/AR/GL and data-center fixed assets, and ensures accurate consolidation into the U.S. parent. It partners with Revenue Ops, FP&A, Legal, and Tax to uphold strong internal controls, VAT and debt-covenant compliance, and SOX readiness. The group translates high-volume operational data into clean, auditable results that enable fast, confident decisions.

About the role:

  • Manage NetSuite, including configuration, data integrity, and multi-book (US GAAP, IFRS, local statutory) setup
  • Own monthly/quarterly/annual close across all books in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements
  • Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets transactions
  • Own all UK- and Europe-based accounting matters and manage external support agencies
  • Prepare UK- and Europe-based IFRS financial reports and assist the Europe Controller in consolidating into the US parent
  • Review the data centers’ fixed-asset ledger across acquisition, disposition, and depreciation, and coordinate with US and Europe Fixed Assets Managers to meet GAAP/statutory requirements
  • Prepare complex journal entries, accruals, and prepayments for the Europe Controller’s review
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and roll-forwards across all accounts; maintain supporting schedules
  • Maintain debt schedules and monitor compliance with geography-specific covenants
  • Drive the month-end close to <5 business days
  • Assist with annual audits by preparing schedules/documentation and help draft/update accounting policies, procedures, and memos
  • Assist with periodic VAT returns and related indirect-tax compliance;
  • Review transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment and accurate departmental allocations
  • Build, maintain, and enforce internal controls to achieve SOX readiness
  • Provide inputs for tax filings and collaborate with Controller/Legal/HR to meet local compliance obligations
  • Assist the Europe Controller with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis;

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years’ GL/accounting experience with ownership of an efficient month-end close
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent) required; professional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA) preferred
  • Experience supporting UK/EU subsidiaries of a US parent, producing IFRS financials and consolidating into a US GAAP reporter
  • NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
  • Process- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment; proactive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
