What would this role do? 

The Director, Financial Systems & Reporting will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the design, optimization, and management of 360BH’s financial systems, reporting processes, and data governance. This role will ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial information is available to support decision-making across the enterprise. The Director will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive system efficiency aligned with organizational goals.

Role Responsibilities (Here’s what it takes)  

  • Responsible for developing, improving, maintaining, and expanding the organization’s FP&A systems, processes, and tools.
  • Improve and maintain the current SQL data warehouse environment for the Finance department, including data integrity, compliance, business process and system documentation, as well as new processes, solutions and ETL pipelines, including the automation and transformation of the relevant financial data.
  • Design, maintain and optimize current and future ETL pipelines across multiple FP&A data environments.
  • Lead, drive, and refine systems where needed to support existing and new reporting
    requirements while maintaining reporting continuity with minimal disruptions.
  • Support FP&A by designing new data sets using existing data, or new data from other repositories such as Lumary and UKG.
  • Provision the Accounting and Finance teams with analysis and ad-hoc reporting to
    provide insight, metrics and financial reporting to executive leadership.
  • Partner with members of Finance, Accounting, Information Systems business owners, and external vendors to design best business processes and identify solutions that enable efficient, accurate, and sustainable planning, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the HR technology ecosystem.
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned

Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related
    field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial systems management, financial
    reporting, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, UKG,
    Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong background in financial data governance, internal controls, and regulatory
  • Proven track record of leading system implementations, upgrades, and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software.
  • Passion for the ABA field and a commitment to supporting children and families.
