The Bilingual Onsite Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing temporary employees at a client site, as well as optimizing service to the client in a high-quality, cost-effective manner. 

 

BILINGUAL ONSITE MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensures the on-site personnel follow company policies to meet Doherty standards, as well as maintain client standards.
  • Oversees, as well as performs, the interviewing, hiring, screening and placement of the most qualified temporary employees, to meet client needs. 
  • Fills and services client orders utilizing the CRM and communicates on open positions to appropriate departments and management.   
  • Conducts orientations and, if applicable, provides check-in support for temporary employees. 
  • Completes timekeeping and payroll process of temporary employees for reporting to Doherty Payroll Department.  
  • Facilitates performance evaluations for internal on-site personnel and temporary staff; coaches and disciplines as appropriate.
  • Oversees the management of all systems and equipment at the on-site location.  Ensures on-site equipment is kept in working order, replaced or repaired and that facilities reflect the highest professional standards. 
  • Provides accurate data/reports to client and managers in timely manner.  Presents to client during quarterly reviews.
  • Maintains updated on-line On-Site Procedures Manual.
  • Monitors and communicates temporary employee legal issues, including illegal harassments, suspensions and non-business like conduct /behavior to DSS Headquarters and ccs manager.
  • Completes injury report and conducts accident investigations.  Completes daily and/or weekly safety audits. Communicates appropriately to the Safety Department and ccs manager. 
  • Other duties may be assigned. 

 

BILINGUAL ONSITE MANAGER REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • Previous supervisory or management experience 
  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Must maintain working knowledge of employment laws as they relate to the recruiting and hiring process.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 5% for training purposes.
