SageView Advisory Group is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join our Oakbrook Terrace office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for supporting and managing client relationships while helping clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll play a key role in implementing holistic financial strategies that integrate financial planning, risk management, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning.

What You’ll Do
Partner with the Managing Director to deliver SageView’s high-touch wealth management service model.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships by ensuring clear communication and timely execution of deliverables.
Develop and implement customized financial plans covering financial, risk, tax, investment, and estate planning.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Investment Management, etc.) to provide a seamless client experience.
Understand clients’ goals and craft portfolio strategies with input from SageView’s investment management team.
Analyze client risk profiles and design strategies to preserve and protect wealth.
Coordinate with clients’ accountants, attorneys, and other advisors as part of a holistic planning approach.


Compensation: $54,000 – $75,000 annually, plus performance-based annualized bonus.


What We’re Looking For

Education & Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
Series 65 license required (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation highly desirable; willingness to pursue upon onboarding is expected if not already held.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related client-facing advisory role.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, tax, risk management, and estate planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) and Zoom.
CRM experience (Practifi/Salesforce or similar) preferred.
Familiarity with eMoney and custodian platforms (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.) preferred.
